Architectural Significance

This house represents an interesting marriage of a c. 1870s Italianate structure to a 1 1/2 story Cape Cod cottage of c. 1820.

Historical Significance

This house was built c. 1820—early owners included an S. Leonard (until the early 1850s), a "Mrs. Weston" (late 1850s-60s) and Nahum B. Wood, farmer. Curve St.'s western segment dates to as early as c. 1725.
