Historical Significance

Built c. 1845, this house is an integral component of the cluster of mid-19th c. dwellings at the Center-Aldrich crossroads—St. Thomas Acquinas Church is the focal point of this area. Apparently this house's original owner was an R. Thomas. By the 1840s the Aaron Perkins family lived here. By the early 1900s Robert S. Hunt, shoe repairer owned this property.
